Data from 'Contact' with Earth's Ultraterrestrials by ADV Life Form Labs:
Additional requirements were requested by the science panel leader when the experiments were presented here in Hollywood. They were tougher requirements that could not be included in the then current experiment protocols. The panel leader also requested that all data be collected from inside a Faraday enclosure. Only data collected from inside a Faraday enclosure would be considered for the final review and approvals.
The problems:
1. Faraday enclosure were too big and heavy for a van or moving truck.
2. A group of panel members would also have to put into the van/moving truck.
3. It would take at least eight weeks to redo the experiments and assess the data collected from inside an accelerated Faraday enclosure.
4. A portable Faraday enclosure would have to be built to the van/moving truck specifications.
These skeptics are pretty mean. They are the world's toughest skeptics! Getting them into the back of a van/moving truck with a Realm Being- aka Ultraterrestrial was going to be difficult. Especially with the current gov hype and intimidation.
The Solution: (After one full year of research and development. . . . . . The Solution is here)
These Labs are not known for their results with acceleration. These Labs are known for their results from locale dependent data collection. For example- Data collected in Hawaii is much different than the data collected near The Hollywood Sign. This is due in part to the type of activities being conducted by The Ultraterrestrial at different exotic locations on Earth.
The problem with a presentation using locale dependent data collection: The review panel would have to agree to go out to Hawaii after a data collection session near The Hollywood Sign. This could be done.
What we did was to locate a second locale the Ultraterrestrial would consider 'exotic' near The Hollywood sign. This would remove the problem of having to get the review panel out to Hawaii.
The results can be seen in the spectrums Fig. 1 (Data was collected from inside a portable Faraday Enclosure)
